Een knipoog naar de jaren twintig en dertig en toepassing van robuuste en kwalitatieve materialen zorgen voor een rijke uitstraling van de gevels. De kozijnen met diverse maten en indelingen maken de hoogwaardige uitstraling compleet. De 6 woningen hebben allemaal een individueel karakter. Door toepassing van diversiteit in elementen zoals de kapvormen, entrees, erkers, goten en luifels verspreidt over de gevels krijgt elke woning een geheel eigen beeld. Kraakmantuinen
